Principle Hot Steam

Thanks to the new "Safe Heating" system the water heats up to 100°C. This results in steam 100% free of germs and bacteria. The hardness of the water has no influence at all on the steam production or the energy consumption.

The air is drawn through the evaporator mat which is saturated with water which provides an optimal air humidification. At the same time the air is simultaneously cleaned of dust and dirt particles.

The unique combination of the ultrasonic technology and the preheating (up to 80°C) provides a double prevention against bacteria and viruses and a quick humidification. The energy consumption is a little bit higher.
Principle

The air is drawn by a ventilator. The dirt and the dust sticks to the discs. These are washed in a water basin, ionized or not (depending if used with or without ISS stick). Then the air is blown back into the room with an optimal humidification. No need for filters or chemicals.

Accessories

  • Before you start grilling it is recommended to grease the plates with some oil (peanut oil or sunflower oil,) or melted butter, eventough the plates have a non stick coating. You can do this with a piece of kitchen paper or with a silicon brush. Afterwards it is not necessary anymore, unless you burn the food.
  • FRITEL CW 2425: For your convenience the appliance remains open at 105°. With the sliding system at the left side, you entirely open the appliance at 180° and transform it into a barbecue.
