Use of the appliance

Do the baking plates have to be greased?

Before you start grilling, you need to grease the baking plates with oil (peanut, sunflower…) or melted butter. Afterwards greasing isn’t necessary anymore, unless you let the food burn. If this is the case, first you should remove the burned. Remove the plug, let the appliance cool down and remove the burned. Be careful with sharp objects, these might damage the not stick coating.   Best is to remove with a bit of kitchen paper or with a clean silicone brush. Don’t forget to grease the plates again before the next grilling.

Can I grill bulky food?

Yes, it is possible. The upper baking plate adapts to the height of the food to grill.

How do I convert my grill into a BBQ?
